It is a concrete cutting, granite breaking and general demolition solution. This non-explosive demolition agent is easy to use, cost effective and a safer option for silently breaking up hard materials like rock or concrete. You may already be aware of it, but you could make your structures even more durable by using basalt rebar, which is extruded from basalt rock. It has comparable strength to basalt rebar, but unlike steel rebar, does not rust. Here's an article about its properties:

http://www.compositesworld.com/articles/basalt-fibers-alternative-to-glasscraschhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02238156187926745310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3510429481940113675.post-46724749008200186572016-11-01T18:22:44.069-07:002016-11-01T18:22:44.069-07:00Hi Patrick, Thanks for your interest. I am funded by the National Science Foundation, as a principal investigator for my start-up company. My focus is on manufactured concrete block, a little different from CEB. My molds cost from $30-50K each, but can produce around 30,000 block per 12 hour shift. At this stage, I'm not at liberty to share/open source my patented designs with everyone (I also have patents pending). At any rate, I'm happy to help you however I can. Please contact me at my personal email if you have other questions. All the best Patrick.Peter Robertshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08823379238317407262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3510429481940113675.post-47855807174656314132016-10-31T10:31:13.394-07:002016-10-31T10:31:13.394-07:00Interesting indeed. Either way, would you consider posting the 3d file for the block. I use sketchup so if it is in a compatible format I'd like to play with it. I designed a series of voussoir blocks designed around a CEB press that takes molds but didn't integrate interlocking nor some of the other features you did. I'm completely new to this. A recent discussion on geodesic domes led to more research and quickly led me to masonry domes. If all goes well I'll get some molds made and build next year. But first, more block research! Your site is awesome and I'm so glad that people researching domes/blocks/arches etc. are publishing their research. Go internet!Patrick Binderhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08013563326917881207noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3510429481940113675.post-35852686441935627612016-09-20T04:05:28.678-07:002016-09-20T04:05:28.678-07:00intrestingintrestingBricktrowelhttp://bricktrowel.blogspot.co.nznoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3510429481940113675.post-18109385644092057702016-03-02T22:08:52.847-08:002016-03-02T22:08:52.847-08:00Thanks for Introducing a new block design for arch...Thanks for Introducing a new block design for arches!!!
Fly ash Brick PlantsRevaprojectshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04082736999829521570noreply@blogger.com
