A mason's lunch

Sandwich is OK
but sand which is in
my own lunch today
keeps me really thin .

My dry mouth I lick
don’t mean to be fickle
tastes like a red brick,
this here dill pickle.

Dusting of cement
dry as a desert
but I really meant
it is just dessert.

Desserts I stressed
